Our Key Learning
During Term 3 we will be emersing ourselves in the history of The Great Fire of London. We are going to be exploring the big question
'How did London change because of the Great Fire?'.
We will be exploring the following themes:
- How is London today different to London in the past?
- Understanding what the word 'chronological' means.
- What happened in London on 2nd September 1666?
- Why did the fire spread so quickly?
- Identifying fictional and non-fictional characters in our core texts.
- Building our own Tudor Houses in DT.
- Showcasing our learning in a Class Assembly.
